After applying Instant Grey, we strongly recommend treating the surface with our Teak Shield to prevent stains.
Instructions For Use:
* Before using the Instant Grey, eye protection and rubber gloves
should be worn. Cover the ground under your working area before cleaning.
* Before using the Instant Grey on new Teak, put the furniture outside to weather
for a week or fist clean the Teak with our Teak Cleaner.
* Before using Instant Grey on dark Grey Teak, clean the wood with our Teak Cleaner.
If cleaned wood feels rough, sand lightly before treating with Instant Grey. Make sure
the Teak is 100% dry and free of dust.
* Hold closed bottle upside down and shake for at least one minute.
* We suggest you try the Instant Grey on a small area first (e.g. the back of the leg)
to judge if the color meets your expectations.
* Apply a think layer of Instant Grey with a soft cloth.
* Allow to dry for 1 hour and then the wood has turned driftwood-grey. (If you wish
to have a more intense grey color, apply a second thin layer)
* Always treat your Teak Furniture immediately afterwards with our Teak Shield.
Repeat this once per year.
